Toilets are what OGX stations need. And FrontRunner stations, too, but that is a different battle.

Public transportation system must accommodate eight to eighty year olds. The vast majority of people in that demographic can make it work, but people at the ends of that range frequently have constraining factors.

Two different times groups of people have tried to rezone and build apartments/condos at 3850 south and Harrison blvd. From the info we got at the many meetings was that there was a great need for more small apts/ townhouses/etc we were misled about the percent of existing types and how they were high 90% full. This was not true. There are many homes/apts. currently empty there is not a need for more places currently. I with most of my neighbors know that Weber University consists of students that drive to school We need to have real and honest information before Ogden city approves this change. Something Ogden city needs is turning lanes for eastbound and westbound traffic on 36th street from Washington blvd. and Harrison blvd now at 7-9 am going east and around 3-6 pm going east and west a car tries to turn off 36th street and traffic gets held up both ways. But we have not one but two bicycle lanes one on north side of 36th street and one on the south. I have lived in Ogden over 25 years and I know no study was done to find out if we needed two bike lanes let alone one on 36th street. I can count on one hand the number of bicycles that I have seen use 36th street in a week or two. We need to make sure we really need changes that somehow outweigh things we really need.

E should be shown on the west side of Harrison Blvd. The plaza is on Intermountain Health's property, not on Weber State's.

If these will be fields, are they game fields or practice fields? What will the lighting be like? Will it be a disturbance to the families in the houses on Taylor?

Why is this map on page 85 different than the map on page 89? Where will the fields be and where will the housing be?

Zoning designations for height allowances, setbacks, and specifically parking should be altered to not reduce the max development potential of properties that are feasible to building more units. Also as in meeting talk about the occupancy laws need to be addressed for outdated concerns of unmarried individuals living together when Ogden has a university that shouldn't limit that.

Why is only the west side open for mixed used but not the east side of Harrison where there is existing student apartments, etc.

On Mixed and High Density ground floor retail should be required along Harrison and additionally townhomes shouldn't be allowed to front it as apartment buildings should be prioritized for further street activation.

This is also a problem for motorists driving northbound, as they cannot turn left (west) between 36th and 32nd. Are you only trying to improve pedestrian connectivity here? The businesses west of Harrison in this area have had a lot of issues with motorists not being able to access their property. This also impacts the residential uses in this area as more motorists are using residential roads to get to these businesses.
