Add a graphic that explains the other plans that this plan works with.
See the goals overview on page 8 of the madison plan. I think this will help community understand how to better navigate the plan and provide wholistic overview of what the plan is hoping to achieve.

I think it's important to highlight how this plan relates to other adopted plans that the city utilizes such as our master utility plans and transportation plan. See the graphic/associated text on page 7 of the madison plan. We can discuss during our call this afternoon.

Now that I've read through the majority of the chapters I think it's important to set the stage and define each of the chapter topic areas to make the plan easier to navigate. Identify what we mean by Public Services and note where things that may be viewed by the public such as water/sewer/roads are included in the plan.
