Question
Is the 45 degree angular plane sufficient for south aspects of buildings to "protect access to sunlight," i.e., south facing solar arrays on adjoining properties? Is this the engineering standard used by most municipalities, or is a lower angle, e.g., 25 degrees sometimes specified for southerly aspects of buildings?
